How We Work With Partners

What we always do and what we will not.

A partnership only works when both sides know the rules of engagement. Here are ours, upfront.

We will
  • Say no if we cannot deliver. If a timeline or budget will not produce real outcomes, we will tell you before we sign.
  • Report what went wrong. Quarterly reports include the things that did not work, not just the highlights.
  • Share raw data on request. Attendance logs, session notes, and assessment results are available to partners.
  • Credit partners honestly. Your contribution is visible in classrooms, certificates, and reports.
  • Stay accountable to students first. If a partner request conflicts with what is right for students, students win.
We will not
  • Run one-day drives or branding events. If the program is not structured, measurable, and sustained, we will not take the money.
  • Inflate numbers for optics. Our reports use actual reach, not vague beneficiary counts.
  • Use students as props. No posed photo opportunities, scripted testimonials, or classroom visits timed for PR.
  • Accept scope that does not fit the school. If the ask does not match what the school needs, the answer is no.
  • Overcommit to grow faster. We would rather serve 8 schools exceptionally well than 80 poorly.

No. EBB is a private organisation, not a registered NGO. This means contributions to EBB from individuals do not qualify for 80G tax deduction. For CSR partners looking for Schedule VII compliant routing, we can structure partnerships through NGO collaborators where needed.
