We're a small team doing structured, slow-and-steady work inside real classrooms. If you want to help more students access life-changing programs — whether through your skills, your network, or your time — we'd genuinely love to talk.
Below are the areas where we're actively looking for people. But if you bring something useful to the work of reaching more students with better programs — and you don't see your exact role listed — reach out anyway. Full-time, part-time, contract, or volunteer. We'll find a way to work together if it's the right fit.
Every rupee we raise is a cohort of students we can serve. If you know how to build CSR partnerships, write compelling grants, or open doors into corporate giving — we need you.
Build our fundraising engine end-to-end — donor pipelines, outreach strategy, relationship management, and the quiet craft of asking well. You'll shape how EBB raises money across individuals, corporates, and institutional funders.
Identify relevant education and skill-development grants, write proposals that actually get funded, and manage the compliance and reporting on what we win. Prior experience writing for foundations, philanthropies, or institutional grants is ideal.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate CSR teams. You know how Schedule VII works, you understand what CSR committees actually look for, and you can translate our programs into proposals that match corporate giving priorities.
Open doors. Build relationships with schools, NGOs, community organisations, and companies who could help us serve more students. You're comfortable with outreach, good in a first meeting, and patient with long sales cycles.
The classroom work is the work. Educators, trainers, and content creators who can design and deliver programs that actually land with students — this is where the mission becomes visible.
Deliver our life-skills, financial literacy, leadership, English, or AI programs directly in partner schools. Activity-based, interactive, patient with students from under-resourced backgrounds. Teaching experience helps; the ability to hold a classroom matters more.
Support live sessions, run group activities, mentor cohorts through their programs, and help us scale delivery across more schools. Bilingual (Hindi + English) is a strong plus, especially for UP Board and Hindi-medium classrooms.
Design session plans, activity workbooks, worksheets, and lesson frameworks that our educators use in class. Strong instructional-design instincts. Experience building content for teenagers — or from underserved backgrounds — is ideal.
Experts in financial literacy, emotional intelligence, public speaking, leadership, AI tools, or English pedagogy who can shape our curriculum, train our educators, or run masterclasses. Help us get the depth right.
The story we tell. The posts we share. The admin that holds everything together. These roles make sure the work reaches more people — and that it keeps running smoothly when it does.
Own our presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and whichever platform makes sense next. Strategy, calendar, community management, analytics, and the judgement to know when to post and when to stay quiet. You care about follower quality more than follower count.
Make the posts, reels, and stories. Shoot in the field, edit on a deadline, write captions that aren't generic. Comfortable with Reels, Canva, CapCut, and the reality of making content with what's actually available at a school visit.
Help us tell our story well — website content, case studies, newsletter, impact reports, press outreach. Writing, design, or video skills all welcome. Help us look like the serious organisation we already are.
Finance tracking, vendor management, partner contracts, MOU coordination, documentation, and the hundred small admin tasks that keep a lean organisation legal, funded, and functioning. Detail-obsessed, calm under deadline pressure.
Keep the trains running. Coordinate school schedules, educator deployment, cohort tracking, and reporting. The difference between a program that lands and one that limps along is usually someone in this role doing their job well.
If you have a skill or experience that would help us reach more students — tech, data, legal, HR, photography, community building — and it's not listed above, write to us anyway. We're small enough to shape a role around the right person.
Every role above is open to volunteers. If you don't have budget to give but you have time, skills, or experience you want to invest somewhere that matters — there's real work for you here. This isn't "send us your CV and we'll add you to a list." We onboard volunteers the same way we onboard team members — with clear scope, real responsibility, and honest feedback.
If you're in India — or happy to work remotely with an Indian team — you can volunteer directly with us. We'll scope the work to fit your available time, skills, and what's useful to the organisation.
We're the India partner for Volunteer To The World — a global platform that connects international volunteers with meaningful on-ground projects. If you're travelling to India or looking for a structured volunteer experience, this is the easiest way in.
VTTW connects compassionate volunteers from around the world with vetted non-profit and community projects — across India, Kenya, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Thailand, South Africa, Uganda, and more. If you're interested in joining one of our programmes as an international volunteer, applications go through their platform.
Apply via VTTWWe're a small team and we're honest about that. If you want ping-pong tables and unlimited snacks, we're not it. If you want your work to actually change something for a student this year — keep reading.
You see the classrooms. You meet the students. You know the name of the school your cohort is running in. Nothing about this job is abstract — the impact is three hours away.
We tell each other the truth. When something works, we say so. When something doesn't, we fix it without drama. No performative positivity, no polite non-answers.
We tell you what outcomes we need. How you get there is yours to figure out. You'll never have someone standing over your shoulder — but you will have clear expectations.
You'll be closer to the work and the decisions than you'd be almost anywhere else. Downside: there isn't always a playbook. Upside: you'll write the playbook.
If yours isn't here, email us — we'll answer it.
Tell us what you do, what you'd want to contribute, and how much time you have. That's all we need to start a real conversation. No forms, no keyword-scanning, no silence.
